My employer is habari node ltd that provide Internet services, software solutions, LAN and WAN development and consultancy and Linux configuration services.
My duties here mainly is to develop software but also network administration
Since the goal of national ICT policy of Tanzania is to foster efficiency,inter-operable and sustainable ICT infrastructure with compliant with international standards. By developing software and administering networks by the way which meet international standards i will accelerating the policy.And this will be possible exposing myself to standards by reading and training as those conducted by AfNOG

Am bachelor holder in computer engineering and information technology from University of Dar es salaam and currently i am a software developer which mostly i do in Linux and also i set network monitoring systems like nagios in our company.So that to give me good basics to fit in your training

Firstly i will do training to my fellow staff after finishing the training also will help at future because i have plan to be a lecturer in any of my home university so i will pass that knowledge in large.Finally will help me to configure well servers(email, web, FTP) of my company and clients and maintaining them in a professional way
